These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms”) govern your use of the website https://mountroof.com/ and any related services, products, or communications offered by Mount Roofing & Structures Pvt Ltd (“MountRoof”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, you must not use the Site.

6. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

You are responsible for all bank charges, currency conversion fees, or other transaction costs.
7. Delivery, Installation & Inspection

Delivery timelines are indicative; delays can occur for reasons beyond control (logistics, supply chain, force majeure).

If installation or erection is part of the service, you must allow site access, provide required local approvals, civil foundations etc.

On delivery / installation, you or your representative should inspect the products. You must report any defects, damage or discrepancy within [e.g. 7 days] in writing.

After acceptance or lapse of the defect reporting window, products and services shall be deemed accepted.
8. Warranty & Liability

We provide warranty on products / services as per the terms specified in the contract or product documentation (e.g. panels, PUF core, coating, structure).

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, improper maintenance, natural disasters, or acts of God.

Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the product / service value (whichever is applicable).

In no event will we be liable for indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages (loss of profit, business interruption, etc.).

Our total liability under or relating to this Agreement will not exceed the contract value or fees paid by you for the relevant service/product.
9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to MountRoof and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.

You may view, download, or print limited portions of the Site for personal, non-commercial use only (unless otherwise agreed).

You may not copy, distribute, modify, display, create derivative works, or use the IP in any manner without our express written consent.
10. User-Generated Content & Feedback

If you submit reviews, testimonials, feedback, ideas, or suggestions (“User Content”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute your content in any media.

You represent that your User Content is your original work, does not infringe any third-party rights, and is lawful.
