Integrated Manufacturing Process for PEB Components
Our manufacturing process is divided into three specialised units that handle the key structural components of any pre-engineered building system:
1. Primary Structural Members
Columns, Beams, Rafters
A. Cutting
Using CNC-controlled multi-head automatic cutting machines, we cut steel plates into custom shapes with extreme accuracy.

B. Hole Punching & Drilling
Precise punching and drilling using fully automatic CNC machines.

C. Assembling
Steel plates are joined into I-beam structures using automatic assembling lines that ensure dimensional accuracy and alignment.

E. Surface Cleaning
Our surface treatment process ensures clean, rust-free, and ready-to-coat steel components.

F. Painting
Industrial-grade high-pressure spray systems apply anti-corrosive coatings based on project requirements.
- Options: Grey primer, red oxide, epoxy-based or custom paints
- Equipment: US-tech high-pressure paint spraying machines
2. Secondary Structural Members
Purlins, Girts, Bracings, Door Frames
All secondary members are produced from zinc-coated or black-coated cold-rolled steel coils, compliant with ASTM standards.
A. Forming
High-speed roll-forming machines create C and Z purlins with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm.

B. Punching

We manufacture steel panels using zincalume-coated cold-rolled steel conforming to ASTM A755 and IS standards, with superior paint adhesion and durability.
- Finish Options: Pre-painted, bare galvalume, anti-condensation coatings
- Panel Profiles: Multiple trapezoidal and standing seam profiles available
