Integrated Manufacturing Process for PEB Components

1. Primary Structural Members

A. Cutting

Using CNC-controlled multi-head automatic cutting machines, we cut steel plates into custom shapes with extreme accuracy.

B. Hole Punching & Drilling

F. Painting

Industrial-grade high-pressure spray systems apply anti-corrosive coatings based on project requirements.

2. Secondary Structural Members

Purlins, Girts, Bracings, Door Frames

All secondary members are produced from zinc-coated or black-coated cold-rolled steel coils, compliant with ASTM standards.

A. Forming

High-speed roll-forming machines create C and Z purlins with thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 2.5 mm.

We manufacture steel panels using zincalume-coated cold-rolled steel conforming to ASTM A755 and IS standards, with superior paint adhesion and durability.

  • Finish Options: Pre-painted, bare galvalume, anti-condensation coatings
